cozyinthesix Hi Chris I’ve reached out to PM support as the parcel stopped tracking on August 12. I did try contacting Canada Post directly first but they are asking for your personal information. Hence, my request to PM to open a ticket with Canada Post. Sorry about this. I will let you know when I get a response back.
