armygrll1964 @grgsaletherapy this is the first time this has happened to me. The post office is also looking into this. I received parcel cards in my mailbox at the postal office and then I have to go into the postal office to pick up. But never received a parcel card yet for this item so I’m hoping it shows up soon.

grgsaletherapy @armygrll1964 Oh that’s worrisome. I did notice a day or two before it was supposedly delivered it was tracked as “rerouted due to processing error”. I started to worry but the next day it looked like the tracking was updated and your parcel was en route to you. I do hope it turns up for you.
