cyndif10 Hi Carmen. I think I may have switched shipping labels on your Tail outfit and a vest. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. Poshmark has been informed. Put in a problem request if it is the vest. Then you get your money back once I receive it. I am so sorry for the mix up - I cannot believe I mixed them up. I am getting your order back now. cyndif10 @carmen7073 I think once you get the vest you say you have a problem with the item (place where you accept the item). They do an inquiry and send you a new shipping label paid by me. Then you send the vest back, I accept and you get your $ back. Then I have to repost the item and resell but I will make you an offer of free shipping and same deal. Sorry for all of this - it was a distracting week (my oldest was tested for covid - negative thank goodness but stressful).

cyndif10 @carmen7073 I put in a request to Poshmark customer service so they will likely contact you about the mix up too and I think it will be more clear when you get the vest (I assume that is the item bc the vest person got the tail outfit and they were shipped the same day). Again sorry about this.

cyndif10 @carmen7073 It was shipped on Sept 21. Has been sitting in Montreal since 26 with no update. Anything I send past Montreal seems to do this and then the next update will be near you. The other person is in NS so they got theirs quick and it was yours (opps). She posted a pic to her problem with the order

cyndif10 @carmen7073 You should get it soon. poashmark said they were in contact with you. just open pa kage make sure it is a vest and not your order then open a problem/concern with the order and they will send you a return receipt.I should have your item back soon and will repost and let you know when I do so we can reorder and I can get this fixed!!!

carmen7073 @cyndif10 I haven't been contacted by Poshmark yet, I won't open package when it comes, no point since not mine. I'll just put a return sticker when they send me one. Meanwhile I have sent you a message regarding 2 items I'd purchase at asking if you remove the shipping as your already sending me a package with my tail outfit. Let me know

cyndif10 @carmen7073 That sounds fine. My understanding is once I receive the item you return, I accept it, and you get all your money back including shipping. Then I will repost the tail outfit and you add it to your bundle (I will give you the same price for it) and then I will give you free shipping on the whole bundle - does that work for you? I think the money part is more clear once you log a problem.

carmen7073 ok, unfortunately (i can't believe this happened) vest came today. My husband opened the package not knowing its not mine, he than proceeded to remove the tag as he thought it would be scratchy on my neck.

carmen7073 I still can't believe it, I freaked out on him, but he didn't know. I apologize hopefully the person in NS will still want the beautiful vest. I have opened the report and am waiting on poshmark. I have repackaged the vest with tag in pocket. My apologies again. I never thought to explain to my husband the issue, didn't think I had to, and the 1 time he gets home before me, this happens.
