alatocha Hello, it seems I made an error with your order - you have been shipped the wrong item by accident on my part. I had multiple orders go out on the same day and mixed up the shipping labels and I am so sorry for that. Once the incorrect item arrives to you please ensure that you report the error on the app and I believe I can send you a return slip and then ensure you get the correct item. I am so very sorry for this inconvenience- first time this has happened to me 😞

alatocha @christythoms346 hi. You will need to “report problem” and I will send you a return slip. You will return the item back to me. By reporting a problem it will refund you the $$ and then we can do a repurchase of the necklace via the original terms we agreed to and I will send it out to you. This is what Poshmark support instructed me to advise Sorry for the inconvenience and the mistake 😐
