christychafe @karina2426 Of course I don't mind:) I was just super frustrated trying one thing after another- things that had worked easily when I was a bit younger. So, spoke with my doctor (very hard for me to have that conversation) and he referred me to an endocrinologist who had a weight loss program, and who also worked together with a nutritionist. The plan is called PSMF, and it's totally doctor monitored (because of the low calorie intake.) I started on June 29. Thanks for asking 😍😘

tiffany8888 Also, congratulations on your weight loss😉 I lost a 121lbs a couple of years ago. I went through a trying time keeping it off after my mother passed. I'm starting my journey again, lol. I always commend people on their success. It's not an easy task😁

christychafe @niftylisa sorry- just saw this comment, too! It does zip up the back. I really think it runs a little big, if anything. I wore it with a stretchy belt, with a big pink flower, which made the waist work no matter what. But I would hate for it to be big at the shoulders or bust.
