eskimofriend86 @private5 hi there! Yes it’s an authentic Tiffany necklace, just no longer have box or little pouch. The chain length is 16 inches. The little hearts are slightly less than 0.5 inch from top to bottom. There is a similar version in pink on the Tiffany website and they have it shown on a model so might be worth checking out so you can see the size and length on a person? Thanks for reaching out :)
