wendyraymond01 Hi Ciara. We just received the speaker and just tried it. It appears the woofer is blown. It is making a knocking sound.

zarby123 @wendyraymond01 hi Wendy, I'm really sorry that it doesn't seem to be working at full capacity. Have you tried charging it before you used it? We tested before sending out and it seemed alright. Keep me posted, I hope all works out!

wendyraymond01 @zarby123 hi Ciara. We charged it overnight and unfortunately it still sounds like the subwoofer is blown. Not sure what the process is for something like this as I have never had a problem with anything from Poshmark before.
