twyshy67 Hi Colinda I just received your HnB charm I purchased from you. I gave you 5 stars because of negotiation and packaging and speed of delivery. Just a consideration if you are advertising the charm in its HnB box it was assumed it was part of the package. So for next time clarify that. Or show it as a solo item on a different background. Also, a little note of gratification or just a little “Hi” goes a long way with your delivery and PR. Best of luck with your closet.
