cynthialecheval @bonodoom thank you so much for keeping me posted , if it helps the tracking number is indicated at the bottom of the canada post label they sent you with my name and address :) you should be able to type it in the post Canada website to have an update on the shipping:)

bonodoom @cynthialecheval thank you for explaining to me, it still shows waiting for item. so it seems that post canada never scanned the item. if you do not receive by 14th, I will give you the full return regardless you receive the parcel or not. also I will provide you 50% off on you next purchase. so sorry about this. thank you again!

bonodoom @cynthialecheval when I checked transit status started any return somehow. I do not think it will let you proceed with the payment anyways, I just want to make sure there is no payment release for sure. I do not really know what happen to this package as other item. other item that I sent on same day already arrived.
