aniram_mtl Hi Daniella, I’ve just received your review. I’m sorry, that the cardigan is shrunk. It’s not my item, I bought it from Another posher and the description said that it was dry cleaned and in a perfect condition. I mentioned in the description that it was a reposh and the cardigan was small for me (I’m usually S, but I thought it would be oversized).

aniram_mtl Hi again. The posher, I’ve bought the cardigan from, refused to give you her nickname. She said, “that if the item was damaged, why you didn’t return it following the return procedure from Poshmark. It means that the item is not damaged at all”. Anyway, like I said before, give me your email and I’ll send you money back. I don’t want to leave a single chance that I’ve sold smth damaged. I’m not doing business here, I’m just cleaning out my closet.

I was just a little disappointed and I can see that you didn’t know that it was shrunk because it was supposed to be a new item to you as well! aniram_mtl @danielladoran just to let you know, you have three days to claim the problem with your purchase. After reviewing the case, Poshmark will grant you a refund for your order and prepaid mailing label. Once a seller receive his item, you’ll get you refund.
