You were one of my first sales. 🤗The boots were an excellent buy! and I hope you get them soon so you can.. walk around the house?...for now 🤔 odd times. I assure you I only signed off as ‘sent’ once I have dropped an item off at Canada Post. But each time I’ve gone in the past couple of weeks they have lamented on how overwhelmed they are.

kaatys_kloset Hi Danya! I was just checking on my sales and saw that the item you bought has been sitting in Edmonton "processed" since May 15. Can you confirm that you have not received it yet? I know shipping is extremely slow right now, but this seems too slow. If you haven't received it yet, I will call Canada Post and ask that they open a ticket so someone can intervene with this package and get it moving. Thanks!

kaatys_kloset @msissippiqueen Hi! I just opened a service ticket with Canada Post. Last time I opened one for a different package stuck in Edmonton as "processing", the package was moving and tracking by the next day. So fingers crossed!
