corbel @dawnneufeld thank you for letting me know. I will have your tracking number tracked again tomorrow morning first thing. In order for it to be delivered to your address it needs to be scanned by your carrier as delivered. That will be the only verification we will have. I will certainly contact you first thing as soon as I have verification of its destination. Thank you again.

corbel Goodmorning I have created a service ticket with Canada post. I don’t know what has happened other than the parcel has never been scanned. They will be investigating this immediately and I will keep you posted

corbel @dawnneufeld yes it’s Canada Post. So I started a service ticket on June 8. The tracking number on the parcel is 1026167271221277 and on the Canada Post tracking website it states the package was delivered today June 11. It would have been scanned by the carrier. So now I will contact Canada Post and find out what’s going on. Thanks for checking. I’ll be in touch

corbel @dawnneufeld I’m just so upset. I have reached out to Poshmark to try and understand how it’s possible that our transaction has not been cancelled. How it’s possible it now shows that the parcel was delivered however there’s no indication on Poshmark that it was? It’s just very confusing and frustrating all because a scan was not done at the time it was shipped. Anyhow if I hear anything else I’ll certainly let you know.
