brn2run @feministfox Hi Jade, thanks much for offering to help me. I'm having a major problem with my closet and I'm in the hospital which only makes things worse. On Saturday morning I lowered my listings by 20 percent as Poshmark suggested. I was in the hospital then but I made two sales with Poshmark telling me to ship in 1-2 days which was impossible because of the holiday. Right after I made the sales my Closet and the whole Poshmark site went down on me.

feministfox It's no problem ❤️ I'm sorry you were in the hospital :( Okay so you have 10 days to ship anything, regardless of what posh suggests or says ❤️ but you don't get extra days because of holidays or anything ❤️

feministfox you definitely have more than 2 days so don't worry!! The only problem is if you only have 2 of the 10 days left & it's right before a holiday because you don't get extra days even if the mail doesn't go out. Let me know if this doesn't make any sense & I can re explain. ❤️ as for posh being down - Posh was down for around 5 minutes for everyone, myself included... If it was for longer than that, let me know & I'll try to figure that out too. ❤️

feministfox I love posh to death & don't want to bad mouth them, but I don't really know how reliable the customer service is... I've only used it to report unsuported items (which never get taken down even with reporting lol) & to deal with disputes on clothing...
