stylist_chic @bettyloujean as you know, the photos or your description did not disclose the damage to the heel. My mistake was accepting them when I was out of town and couldn’t inspect them. It made it too late to return them. I have learned a valuable lesson and I thank you for that. In the end, each of us has to do business as we see fit. Take care.
