416posher Hi Debrani, I’m sorry you feel like there are scuffs not mentioned. There were definitely no scuffs on the heels. And I’ve taken very clear photos. The sole is clearly used. You did mention that you’re new on Poshmark. Poshmark is mostly used items. It’s not fair to expect brand new when items are clearly stated used. Excellent condition but it’s still used. Take photos of what you have issues with and compare to the photos I posted. Thanks.
