dd_mart @sarahm793 Hello, Thank you for your message. I did not know how to reach out with you via the website until I saw your message today. I called Post Canada a few days ago, but they could not investigate more about it unless I would be the sender. (1-866-607-6301). If you wait until you speak with an agent, they can call the distribution center and someone can go and check on the shelf to find the packages... I did that for something I sent earlier and my package was finally found and sent...

sarahm793 @dd_mart I’ll try CP today. I checked the poshmark FAQs and I suspect they won’t do anything yet re cancelation because there are all of these notices about non specific delays due to Covid. So frustrating!! I’ll let you know what I find out!

dd_mart On their website and on the phone message (while waiting for speaking to an agent), they say that agents do not have more information, but when you actually speak with one of them, they do have more information. At least, that was my experience while calling them. Let me know what you find! Thank you!
