minvou67 Hi ! You bought a gucci belt from me but I mistakenly sent you a pair of jeans 🤣🤷‍♀️just ask for a return because of wrong item and I’ll send you the belt once I get it from the other person. Sorry I mixed up the labels , my apologies 😑

minvou67 @denise_meagher when you receive the parcel you have to accepted but just go under“ order problem “ and option “ wrong item “. By choosing that you’ll get a prepaid label to send it back to me. I hope I’m clear ☺️

denise_meagher @minvou67 Hello, I accepted the order, but when I click on the options one for wrong item does not show up. There is no option to print a label. Can I just return to sender at the post office?

denise_meagher @minvou67 thank you. I received the jeans last week. Took them to the post office and asked them to return to sender. They just showed up at my door today again. So I will drop them off at the post office tomorrow and make sure they do it correctly this time.
