jessicalp76 @dianahmaclean ratings can be changed on the order details page. I would make an exception and accept a return of the item if you are truly unhappy with it, less shipping costs. Or you could reposh it. I truly take pride in my sales and wish all buyers a happy experience 🙂

designgenie @lisagarf No worries. One of the things with their rating system is they force you to pick something if it's under a 5 rating. I wasn't unhappy. It's a cute top but just like with anything that comes to you used, you have to wash it:) Would buy from your store again with confidence.
