I was keep checking & tracking the package, based on the tracking information the package was in BC already, you supposed to receive it on Tuesday, but it says it’s still in transit, and most updated info shows it’s processed in Mississauga on Mar. 4th(I assume you can also track all these info). I was wondering if it was sent back or couldn’t find the address, you know.

@dinamurph Seems it’s the Post office issue. I know there is delays because of the COVID, however I’ll contact them again tmr to make sure and you receive it ASAP. Thanks again Dina.

@dinamurph Hi Dina, hope you doing well. I am so sorry for the delay. It’s getting frustrated😞 I have contacted and reported Poshmark as well. They sent me email and said, the Canada Post experiencing some delays because of the COVID and gonna provide me most updated info once it’s available by Canada post. They also said, if we don’t receive accurate updates by March 14, Poshmark has the next step.

Hi Dina, hope you are doing well. Today, I went to Canada post office where I dropped the package and also the main big office in Richmond Hill, where I live, to know the reasons and get help to solve this problem. they said the item was in B.C. on March 1st, then came back and now in process, they don’t know what is the reason why it’s came back. They gave me the customer service number but ridiculously, it’s an automated service, so I couldn’t able to speak with someone.

@dinamurph Hi Dina, same is here. I am sooo pissed off with this Canada post, honestly. If you believe it or not I couldn’t talk to a representative i mean a real person on the phone on this issue. It’s automated and just keep telling you what we see based on the tracking info. Tried online chat, it’s also virtual assistant, again automated.

@dinamurph I went to physical office again to talk to them and tried to figured it out, she was also saying the same thing what the tracking info tells and saying it’s delaying because of the COVID. I told her it’s not COVID, the package is there at BC, why it’s not delivered to receiver, why it takes this long, it came back to Mississauga once, now again in BC, what is the reason why it’s not delivered to the person.

@dinamurph She said sometimes the packages travel around, it may show BC then may show another place until it gets to the receiver. It’s ridiculous. I asked her to give me the phone number that I can to talk to and can help me on this issue, and plz a real person, she gave the customer service number. I told her I already called this number many times, I want to talk to a real person, she said chose the language option then press 0, I did and it said the number you pressed is not recognized😞

@dinamurph To be honest, I was so hurry to send this even didn’t wait to get my box, don’t want to waist time(we were in lockdown that time, stores, malls opened since last week) so, sent it with the package envelope so that you can receive it even sooner, couldn’t believe this happen. It’s properly packaged, labeled with the postmark provided prepaid label.

@dinamurph sent email postmark as well, not been received anything yet😞it’s really frustrating. If you don’t receive it by end of tomorrow, I will go to main office again, they should do something.

Hello Dina, good morning! Can you plz send me your phone number or email address? I finally connected to the post office agent and figured out the error. The package was bouncing between two cities without delivering. So it was their error. The supervisor gonna call me within next few hours, hopefully soon to solve this. The agent was asking your as a receiver phone number or email, but I don’t know if they still need it further, just want to have it just incase. Thanks your patience

Hi Dina, the supervisor from post office called me and promised me to accelerate this shipment and will do whatever she can. I asked her to return the shipping fee you paid for, and she agreed to do that. But it will be credited onto Poshmark’s account. So once you receive the item you can claim your shipping fee from Poshmark.

I will also send email through poshmark support and request to return the shipping fee for you. It would be great if you do so beforehand so that when you receive it just ask them to return the shipping fee on your account since the post office agreed to return the fees.

It was so unfortunate that this happen to our order. But as you know it was not under my control either. I did my best Dina and hopefully you get it soon this time. You deserve a free shipment, and Poshmark did nothing on this issue, so definitely plz claim the fee from Poshmark.

Hi @maryamrex so weird. I order a package from Ont on Monday through posh mark and received it today 🤦🏻♀️ not sure what happened with this one. I’ve received all other orders from here within 4 days. So confused.

@dinamurph I know, I also sent another package to Montréal and she received it within a week. The supervisor said the package caught in a loop that’s why although all the sender, receiver info was correct, it was just travelling between the two cities without delivering to your address.

She really apologized and said many sorries that we had to handle this problem although it’s not our fault. It was an error on their end that’s why she agreed to waive the shipping fee and expedited the package as soon as possible.

Today again i spent so much time to chat with the agent, talking with the supervisor and sending another email to Poshmark. I reported them the problem and you still didn’t receive the item, requested to return your shipping fee as Post office agreed to do so. Hope this never happen again Dina.
