copperglazed Hello Elena, I received your package with the lovely new Coach phone bag wristlet. It is beautiful. Unfortunately, it smells of cigarette smoke and I am unable to use it. I neglected to ask you if you have a non-smoking home and I don't see it mentioned in your bio. I realize it is too late to return it to you. I have been ill lately and not able to pick up my parcels. I only wish there was someone who is a smoker I could gift it to.

thriftcatcanada @copperglazed My apologies, I never noticed the smell! My household is non-smoking, so I'm not sure how it got there. There are tutorials you can follow online to remove unwanted scents from bags, I hope you can find one that helps so you don't have to get rid of the bag! Again, I'm so sorry for the scent! I'm glad you pointed it out - I will certainly be more aware of removing any unwanted scents on my items in the future. P.S. I hope you're feeling better!!

copperglazed @lovelybasics Elena, I think my husband has solved the mystery! He believes it is the faint scent of dyes that are used in the manufacturing process. As this is a tweed fabric with several colours, that is a possibility. Most likely will dissipate quickly once used.
