princesspolonia Hello Elise, you opened a return case for the hoop earrings which was just closed, and which I just saw this morning and did not have a chance to respond to. The photo you posted is of the bonus earrings I included, not the actual earrings you purchased. I include little gifts for all my buyers, and so those earrings were extra. Please be honest and return both pairs of earrings, if you cannot cancel your approved case. I have also send you few messaged under the conversion in the the case.

princesspolonia You have not responded to any of my messages under the return case. I hope this is just an honest mistake on your part and you saw the actual earrings that were in the envelope packed in bubble wrap. If you are sending back, I expect to receive both pairs of earrings. Thank you.

atsunny I was at work. PLEASE, certainly not a way to get FREE earrings! I still have the package, I have not seen the hoops earrings. I will very carefully look again...will get back to you soon,
