prairiewonders hi Emily! thanks for the rating, I'm glad you love the bag. I do apologize about the cross body strap not matching the stock photo. I did not realize this until it was time to ship it. I have contacted the consultant I originally purchased it from and she is not sure why it's the black strap either. She is going to keep an eye out for the patterned strap for you! if she finds one I will ship it to you at no cost 😊

eswim @kevsgirl17 Hi Kevin! I have never sold anything off the site so I'm not sure how that works. That would prb have to be an arrangement you would have to make with the buyer! I guess it depends on what you feel comfortable with and making sure that you are safe and are able to be paid for your item. All the best and happy selling! 😊
