@nicole_ce I wish I can do that but it will always lead me to automated question and answer thing.. it's frustrating...coz the first purchased item was Aug 27.. and it's not here yet

@ziam925 do you have tracking information? I know mail is still very delayed. If you send an email to Poshmark they usually reply in a few days. support@poshmark.com

@ziam925 I would also ask the seller to reach out to Poshmark as well. As long as the purchase and payment was made on the Poshmark app you should be able to get a full refund. If you paid through Poshmark The sellers don’t get paid until your item gets delivered. So it’s a concern for both the buyer and seller

@nicole_ce yes I was able to check it... the other had returned to the shipper for incomplete address..the other item says was delivered! but I never received it and that the first item purchased... last Aug 14... I paid 43$ for that.

@ziam925 you’ll have to email Poshmark support with your order number. If you email them they typically don’t provide automated responses. Emailing Poshmark is your best option to get a refund. The seller is personally unable to refund you. This is just the way Poshmark is set up. You’ll have to contact posh support.

hi, you purchased a pair of guess sandals from me and I just checked the CP site for tracking and it's being returned to me due to an incomplete address from.yoy. Once I receive the package, I'll contact Poshmark about getting a new label once your address is updated. You can track the progress on Canada Post with the tracking number. thx
