liliup99 @richyemma1 Yes for sure. Sometimes its prob best to pay 20 dollars and send pictures to a company that can authenticate it for you especially before spending that kind of money. I'm sorry this happened. I just really hate it. 😑

annacastelli @richyemma1 Hi Emmanuelle. I find it strange that I have not received the tracking number. I dropped off 2 parcels yesterday morning. The clerk scanned both. However, yesterday afternoon I only received the tracking number of the other parcel and that it had been picked up however no info for your package. :( ... this is the 1st time this ever happens. I went to the same Canada Post counter at a drug store that I always go.
