sarahjessk I bought shoes that were listed as "brand new" and as "unworn" and there were very obvious marks from wear and clear scratches and stains on the soles from being worn outdoors.

emmajane613 @sarahjessk You’re right- the shoes were in fact worn twice: once to try them on, and second at my dress alteration. They stayed in the box for my entire wedding day and were never worn again, especially outside. My description was 100% accurate including the mark on the heel. I even had sole replacements if you felt strongly about the condition of the sole. When you were given the opportunity to return you didn’t mail them on time, therefore it’s on you Sarah.
