eastcoastgems Hello Emma, this is Colleen from @eastcoastgems! I wanted to touch base with you on the rating that you had given me today. You purchased the item on April 9th (Friday), was given to the post office on April 12th (Monday). Today is April 14th Wednesday and you rated my item without it reaching Ontario. This distance normally takes a week and hoping you can remove this rating and properly rate when the item has arrived as per Canada Post standards. Thank you Colleen🤗

whatsthestitch5 @eastcoastgems I got an email saying the item was delivered to me yesterday. I could not click “item was not delivered” without rating it. I can remove the rating but why am I getting notified it’s arrived if it hasn’t?
