jennika713 It was soo thoughtful to have a hand written note in my order then only to open it and find that the product listed as “Brand New Tags Attached” was FULLY and COMPLETELY covered in pet hair inside and out with a scratch and some white paint on it. Very disappointed in this. I would have bought used if that’s what I wanted but I bought new as I have many allergies and expected this to come in the manner it was described. Please contact me.

eponineleia @jennika713 I’m so sorry about that! The bag wasn’t used at all, I had gotten it for a trip I never went on and it was just sitting in the closet since so I’m not sure about the damage to it. I apologize for not doing a thorough check before sending it off. I’d be happy to arrange a refund for you. Again I’m so sorry about that!

jennika713 @eponineleia thank you. I can send you pictures of what I received. It maybe had a cat sleeping in it in the closet?? . Fully covered on the outside and on the inside plus paint on it and scratched as well. I have pictures but don’t know how to send them to u.
