rin_bc @marionalbaum Thank you. Excited to have them for fall😊. Our postal delivery in BC is very slow right now due to wildfires. It may take me up to 3 days after the item is marked delivered to actually get it in my rural postal box.

stephaniexxxooo Hey there, I’ve asked Canada Post to open an investigation on your package, it is still showing in transit but it was out for delivery last week, it was not delivered and now is back in transit? I’m trying to find out why and when you’ll receive it. I apologize for the delay, I have had other packages shipped west successfully and for some reason problems with this location.

breanne_roz Hi! I just wanted to let you know that your swimsuit shipped on Thursday last week. I normally drop my shipments directly at the post office, where they are scanned in and tracking starts immediately. However, this week I used the Canada Post pick up service, so the packages won’t be scanned in until they reach the first sorting facility :) My apologies for the delay in tracking, but rest assured, your swimsuit is on the way!
