Hi Falyn, let me know if you’d like me to send you some Nikwax Down Wash for the jacket to try to get the clumps apart. The jacket is brand new so would be from me not teasing enough, so if you tumble dry on low and tease apart the clumps repeatedly during the drying process it should help restore the loft to the down. 💜
