I send people free stuff in every order and try to personalize it as much as possible, also write everyone a note telling them they are beautiful etc and you choose to write one sentence bitching about shipping

ship time were never mentioned before I told you it's BS because I DO NOT SMOKE. people like me have small closets and LITERALLY just make a couple bucks off each sale and put so much effort into notes and freebies and tissue paper and bubble wrap packaging and you have the nerve to do this when I'm simply trying to make someone's day better. You are not supposed to leave DISHONEST reviews on here BECAUSE YOU DONT LIKE HOW SOMEONE REPLIED!

I was nice and accepted the item because I thought it was right thing to do, but the fact that you can’t simply apologize for the mishap is exactly why I’d rather you keep it! You are ridiculous, and turned something so small into all of this!
