Hi! I'm Frederick. I have been collecting records, Cassettes, CDs and other media for many years and began selling five years ago. I have a limited inventory of items in the Rock and Pop categories right now and have been concentrating on collecting and curating classical music during the pandemic. I am now starting to get into collecting Jazz and World Music such and Indian Bollywood and Sitar Music. I enjoy restoring vinyl records and the whole process of preparing them for shipping, placing them in new inner and outer sleeves and doing the final play testing. Records need to be in excellent shape and cleaned with a special machine so they play clearly. Packaging is strong and sturdy so the records arrive safely. I want my customers to be super happy with their purchase. I strongly encourage shoppers to bundle items in order to save. Feel free to make bundles and offers. Pricing is designed to encourage this. The listing template on Poshmark is not designed for media like records. It is designed to sell clothing. By default the size category is left as " US OS ". I don't know what this means. I put the record label in as the " Brand ". Poshmark also asks us to enter an original selling price the item sold for, though the original prices of vintage media was quite low, back in the day or before I was born. Many records are worth quite alot now.. I have used this space to enter a current collector's pricing based on sales histories of vintage lps found on Discogs etc.
