hellowithyou Hi Gabrielle. Hope everything's ok at your end. I do see that you're active on Posh so I'm hoping you'll respond to this message. Perhaps you're not aware that sellers don't get paid until parcels are received, so it would be great if you could kindly pick up your brand new, beautiful cashmere sweater, which was lovingly wrapped and sent the same day you bought it, and which has been at your local post office for a few weeks now. gsalmers @hellowithyou Hi there - so sorry, I didn’t know that! Our post office hours have changed because of the pandemic and it’s been extremely difficult for me to get there because they’re only open during the hours I work. I’ve tried a a few times to go but missed them. I’ll try to get there ASAP

hellowithyou @gsalmers Glad we connected. Really sorry to hear you’ve had a hard time coordinating post office hours with work hours. I can appreciate how much more challenging everything is right now. Hope you love your sweater when you pick it up. Just fyi, according to tracking info, today is the final day they’ll hold it for you so you may want to give them a call and ask them to extend the hold for you.
