oceanblue65 Hello! I’m sorry to hear you aren’t satisfied with your purchase. I always aim to have the pictures accurately reflect the condition of the item. To speak to your points, the sweater is black and off-white by design, which I noted in the item’s description. I’m also surprised to hear there is a snag as I personally inspected it before shipping and only wore the sweater twice.

oceanblue65 I’m also sorry to hear you felt it took too long to ship. I shipped as fast as I could and was within Poshmark’s allocated shipping window. Had I known you would be away, I would have coordinated with you. Once I drop it in the mailbox the shipping is out of my hands.
