paperandthreads Sorry you are not completely happy with your order. I can guarantee everything is washed and hung to dry before I list it. I’ve never had an feedback saying anything I sent smelled musty, but I’ll look over my storage.

earthandcrown Hi, I was getting ready to ship your Elk Clogs but noted that when I put the item on sale at our consignment shop the red marker went through the tag and left a mark. It is on the inside of the shoe bed so it would not show while wearing and it is not very big. May I ship them or would you like me to cancel the sale?
