graysongarcia @robinr52 also, the mail isn’t collected in my town over the weekend, so you will get the first tracking updates in your app on Monday morning when it is picked up. graysongarcia @robinr52 yes, it ships from NC and it’s 2 day priority shipping so you should be getting it Wednesday. Typically the only way to contact sellers is through commenting on the item listing or if you click on the specific sale from the sales category that pops up if you click on the bottom right icon on the app and scroll down a bit. If your item hasn’t shipped within 10 days you can cancel it and the money will be refunded in your account.

graysongarcia As a seller, if you haven’t shipped within 5 days you start getting emails and app notifications about it, but if your other seller still hasn’t updated the shipping and tracking info (meaning they printed the label and submitted the shipment through the app) then you should def reach out to them in the comments. I’ve found that usually people respond and ship quickly that way if they’re taking a long time :)

graysongarcia @robinr52 also, if it hasn’t shipped within 2 weeks the purchase is automatically cancelled and refunded. This has happened to me before (usually when sellers posted the item a long time ago and no longer have the app) so if this happens you can try to keep commenting periodically so they will see it if they are ever back on the app and can repost the item so you can purchase it again!

graysongarcia @robinr52 Another helpful til is that you can also check the last time the seller was active in posting new listings or reposting old ones by looking at the date at the top of their most recent listing
