penelopebern hi! just letting you know your skirt was shipped on December 24th in a red box, because the Post Office was closed that day and on December 25th :) it should start tracking soon!

penelopebern @hannekemiller Hi! They basically told me it’s probably because of Canada Post being overwhelmed with deliveries. If your package has not reached you on January 26th, I can email them again and they will provide me with the next steps. Hope this helps :)

hannekemiller Hi Penelope, I received the skirt on Saturday and wanted to note that it had a hole/rip on one of the ties. As it was advertised as BNWOT, and the package it came in wasn’t damaged, I wanted to reach out to you first before going through the Purchase Inquiry process.
