Hi! I'm Heather. You could say I'm a shopaholic. I have the equivalent of 6 walk in closets worth of garments, at least 200 with tags still on them! (This doesn't even include my shoes, coats or vintage collection!) Thankfully, I live in a huge antique farmhouse where all my pretties have room! I love all things floral, lace and Victorian inspired or retro. My all-time favorite brand of clothing is Newport News. I would never sell ANYTHING I wouldn't want to receive myself. candiemom Do you know where i can find the original prices for some of my items ? I am having a hard time with that. I buy so much stuff and only wear them once or twice and then put them away and continue to buy that I can't remember how much I payed for each item. Can you help please ? I haven't seen that one in the tips. 😄

pyretta If you don't remember what you paid for an item, (I never forget lol) I would either google it to see if there is a cached listing of the garment from the manufacturer, or there's always the old standby, ebay. Someone somewhere has that shirt or dress/ whatever NWT, but if you can't find that either, think to yourself what you'd pay for it brand new. Take into consideration the fabric, the brand , and the detail.

pyretta I mean, if it's an old navy tee, no one is going to have a problem if you say it's store value was $18 if in fact it was $14, whereas if you listed it for $80 it may cause some eyebrows to go up😊.

pyretta Furthermore, if it's a Ralph Lauren dress, it wouldn't be strange to see a$200 price tag or more, considering what line of RL it is. Black label items can retail for thousands!! Sometimes you just have to estimate, and as long as it seems ballpark right, and you came up with the figure as honestly as you could, you're doing just fine. Hope that helps ❤️💕
