Hi Heather, send me a new offer of $40 and I’ll except it. I was holding for another buyer who really wanted it. She yet ask if I would hold for a couple more weeks. I said no. So, if you still want it it’s $40 I paid $70. This item is not sold anymore in the store. Great price for an awesome skirt. Cheers
