heidigirl777 Hi, this is Heidi 777 the Girl you bought the Mark Jacobs stand back from… That Canada Post really messed up everything the bag is in a pretty secure box but I would suggest when you get it if you put in some hot towel or a sheet that’s hot out of the dryer put it inside the bag and kind of stuff it and it should take shape immediately
