9freebies Morning, sorry for the delay. It is difficult to be precise as this is so flowy. Approx 15.5" from armpit to armpit, waist 26" but do to the ruched front it might be more than this. The fabric is likely polyester, no longer shows on the tag. Is very easy to wash, dries quickly. Hope this helps.
