miss_bohemia I can see you’re online so I don’t understand why you’re ignoring me? Post offices aren’t open until Tuesday so not like it was shipped already and it was a simple mistake (I missed the window by a few minutes to cancel because I had an emergency with my dog). I really hope this isn’t going to escalate into something more than a simple resolution. Thank you.

heidi_dee @miss_bohemia Hi, I really don’t appreciate your mischaracterization of this situation! You made an order this morning and I put it in my local Canada Post Dropbox this afternoon (while post offices are generally closed on Sundays, drop boxes remain open). I did this in good faith trying to get you the dress asap - it was hours before your messages saying that you did not read the listing correctly. I was not online at the time you claimed.

heidi_dee I truly hope your dog is ok and agree that this is an unfortunate mixup - however, it is unfair to blame me for the fact that you did not see the item’s colour on the listing or in the photos, and I followed procedure by sending it to you as quickly as I could. I’d encourage you to message customer support to see if they can help you. I’d be happy to continue this conversation privately if needed. In the meantime, you’ll see the tracking info updated once Canada Post picks up the package.
