daniellemart764 Hi Hilaryroma, Just to check with the process of shiipping (I'm still new on Poshmark): I bought yesterday a few items but the shipping is applied for each on the billing...Will you charge shipping the same amount for each item?

hilaryroma @daniellemart764 Hi Danielle, I’m new here as well 😅 I originally had all 4 items in the same box because that seemed most efficient, but I realized that would screw up order completion, as Poshmark sent me 4 different labels! I’m not sure how shipping cost works, I think that money goes to Poshmark. Maybe they’ll have an answer if you reach out to them?

daniellemart764 Hi Hilaryroma, There is surely a way you can make only a shipping bundle because this is what happened with another posher. So can you wait with the other bundles before sending them? I will try to get the answer. Also, could you adjust the price from the next bundles so to retrieve the amount for the shipping that was charged twice? Thanks! Have a nice day!

daniellemart764 @hilaryroma Hi again, If you look in the FAQ'S, it explains how you can cancel a sale. I suggest that we cancel the next two bundles, and adjust the price for the shipping fees charged twice...

hilaryroma @daniellemart764 Unfortunately that’s not going to work, Poshmark is the one collecting the shipping fees not me, so if you offer me $13, I’ll only be getting around $10 for both items 😢

hilaryroma @daniellemart764 Yeah I think you should have bundled all 4 from the start! It’s too bad we didn’t catch it before I shipped the first 2 items, but at least I didn’t ship all 4 I guess! If you bundle now, it’ll just be the one fee for both I think, but I don’t have much insight into shipping I just use the labels send to me.

daniellemart764 @hilaryroma You told me (see your reply before) that I did have a bundle of 4, and that you changed that because " it would screw order completion as Poshmark sent me 4 different labels"... I noticed by myself that there was 4 shipping fees charged because I wanted originally a bundle if 4. You did the error and I shouldn't be paying for it...I already paid an extra shipping fee.

hilaryroma @daniellemart764 I never received a bundle order from you, I received 4 separate orders from you. I was just following the directions Poshmark gave me. It was your mistake to not submit a bundle. Like I mentioned before, the shipping fees are not charged by me, they are charged by Poshmark. I can only send a bundle order if you actually order it as a bundle.

". I thought that the bundle was done automatically, and then I realized that I was billed separately...I was able before on other orders to make a whole bundle, and this time I didn't succeed.
