@tleigh67 thank you!! Can you add burgundy do your colour options? Also I have to guess original price as I can never remember that far back. Googling purses without any success. So I’m guesstimating when I put original price. Hope that’s okay.

Hi there. I received Lululemon dance backpack but the waist belt won’t stay or tighten. It will do up fine but it just slides right back open. Is there something I’m missing?

@lisa_langmead oh gosh I’m so sorry. I don’t even recall trying it. It should have all attachments however. I’m guessing there’s no Lululemon store nearby? If there is I would suggest taking it there and ask if maybe they can help. They are pretty amazing with customer service with their products. No receipt necessary. I’m so sorry for this Inconvenience.

By the way the inside of the bag was damaged and resewn by hand ... you didn’t include that in the description which I didn’t appreciate. The store found it. Also they said the bag was years old and they don’t accommodate the service when the style is out.
So the bag had broken buckle, insert bag was all completely torn and resewn.
I’m only now replying as I couldn’t report to posh after so many days of purchase. I thought I’d make customers aware. Unhappy purchase.
