Hello, you recently purchased a Cartier belt from me and the order got canceled probably due to Canada Post delays from the holidays rush. The belt was shipped the day after the purchase. I would like to know if you receive it because right now I’m loosing the money.

Hello,
It was cancelled because Poshmark said that it had not been shipped and they had reminded the shipper to send it. They extended the cancellation period to dec 31st which is when I cancelled because Poshmark did not provide a tracking number as proof it shipped.
At this time I have not received anything and no way of tracking/proof it was sent
I’d call customer service

I wrote to Poshmark already but they didn’t give me a clear answer as to know if I would get reimbursed.

@miliomix I just received an email letting me know it began to track after I cancelled. I have been refunded but you will still be provided with the commission you were promised.
