What comes to your payment,I didn't redeem it. And I don't think I'll be able to cancel your order because in the system it was delivered. I can't tell you what can you do so contact Poshmark.

ivizarda @smorris241 Your card was charged cause system does it automatically if you didn't request for return. All transactions made through Poshmark cause they have to get fees and after release the amount for seller. When I said I didn't redeem the money I mean I didn't transfer it to my bank account so it still on my account with Poshmark. I understand you were upset with late shipping but it was your mistake to give me your star without even receiving the item.Contact Posh with all your questions.
