louloukip @galezie Actually, I wonder if you can help with a shipping question I sent support. Poshmark is charging $13.49 shipping to the buyer for a charm which should only cost $5 to ship...is there any way to help the buyer by giving them a shipping discount after the item has already been purchased?

louloukip @galezie Thanx for such a quick reply. I cannot see what the buyer paid. I can only see what the shipping is on my original listing. If I send the buyer a refund then I am loosing half my sale. I want Poshmark to refund the buyer if they overpaid. I will have to wait until Support responds to my e-mail. Thanx for trying to help though!! ;)
