Hi there!, thank you for asking.
lying flat, from shoulder seam to shoulder steam is approximately 15.5 in across. from armpit to armpit lying flat across is 18.5 inches. this leaves R 24.5 in from the top of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve :) all these measurements are with the jacket buttoned up the front. it will be more forgiving if it is unbuttoned. hope this helps!❤
