((a looot of coach items i see!)) only thing i can think of is to pay attention to when different poshmark parties are taking place since i know a few go by brand and i know coach is a brand featured at one of the parties--- i want to say its with kate spade but it might be a different grouping :P

mimirules23 @jannamaclellan omg not at all a dumb question!! so theres actually a party going on now-- its called best in boutiques so basically anything that is a boutique listing (ie new with tags and listed in ur boutique which u get certified for by clicking a few buttons and agreeing to the terms of a boutique :P)

mimirules23 @jannamaclellan like if u go to ur poshmark notifications u might see that poshmark every few hours invites u to like 4 future parties--- its not anything u have to attend or be invited to its more like a theme that lasts 2 hours so sellers can share items from their closets that fit into the theme---so if its a skirts dresses and suits party then only items in those categories can be shared to the party :P

jannamaclellan @mimirules23 I was wondering if you could help me. One of my orders was shipped on June 16th and delivered to a mailroom on June 24th. The order is showing shipped but not delivered and it has not been accepted. Something seems very odd and I don't know what to do about it. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. I have notified the buyer.

mimirules23 @jannamaclellan hey! have you asked the buyer if they put their mail on hold? ive never heard of it being delivered to a mailroom but what you can do is email poshmark with the title of the email being the order # and take a screenshot of the tracking history to attach to the email and explain it hasnt moved from tracking since whatever the last day it was updated on-- and then poshmark will tell you to email them again if it hasnt moved

mimirules23 @jannamaclellan so you can get the buyer their refund and you get your seller earnings. since part of poshmark protection involves if it gets stuck in the mail/lost. so if the buyer hasnt put their mail on hold with the post office then it means its a canada post issue so you can email poshmark to get the ball rolling on the refund/earnings being released :)

mimirules23 @jannamaclellan let me know how it goes--- poshmark usually takes a day or so to respond to an email---they send an automatic response after you send it saying they will get back to you so just keep an eye out for your junk folder in case it gets filtered out :)
