jatnnadeoleo @radar1982 Hello, I made a purchase 2 days ago and I wanted to know what does that mean when it says “Accept, did you get the order as described?” Do I click accept? Or do I click accept the minute I receive the item and received as described?

newtoyoumarket @jatnnadeoleo It looks like the item was delivered to you. After examining it to make sure it arrived as described, then you click on the ACCEPT button. If there are issues with the item, do not accept it but instead report a problem with details of the problem to Poshmark. I hope this helps answer your questions. jatnnadeoleo @radar1982 Hey Barbara, I am waiting for my drivers license to come in the mail because I lost it and now they are telling me to scan my Drivers license I have a form with me that DMV gave me but I cannot scan it until it gets to me. What can I do at this point?

newtoyoumarket @jatnnadeoleo Hi Jay! Who is asking you to scan your driver’s license, Poshmark? That sounds a bit odd and I would hesitate to do so. I would ask whoever is requesting it why they need your driver’s license.

jatnnadeoleo @radar1982 I received a notification asking me to verify my identity.. I have a paper from DMV stating that i will receive my license in the mail so right now I do not have my license with me.. what should I do?

newtoyoumarket @jatnnadeoleo I would send them a message telling them that you’re waiting for it to come in the mail. If they need something right away, ask them if the letter you have is sufficient and, if so, you can take a picture of it and send that. Let me know how you make out.
