jayhnatiuk @kurilovaem hey yea I forgot apartment number its apartment 306 66 broadway ave I've been trying to change it but poshmark sends a verification code to confirm changes to an email address I no longer have access too - been a total nightmare trying to get it fixed can you change it to include the change yourself please let me know and sorry for the inconvenience

nazzer29 @jayhnatiuk have you contacted the post office about this? Because from the tracking it looks like it is coming back to me. I can’t do anything to help you. If if I hand wrote the change everything goes off the scan bar, you need to call Poshmark and get it straightened out.

nazzer29 @jayhnatiuk One think you might want to do is purchase a change of address from the post office. That way any mail of yours from that old address will get forwarded to your new address.

jayhnatiuk @nazzer29 I can just see the change has been made on my info - I don't kno how the shipping process works - if they get you to print out a barcode then it should be associated with the changed address - yes I've exchanged about a dozen emails with them probably the most frustrating experience to fix such a minor mistake in my life

nazzer29 @jayhnatiuk I have tried to print new label but it won’t let me open it up. I have sent an email to Poshmark support and I am waiting for an answer.

jayhnatiuk @nazzer29 I'm really sorry for the hassle - first time using the site tried to fix issue right away as soon as I became aware of returns to sender - incredibly difficult to get initial traction with the pm support system and no direct phone number of course. yes I have contacted post office unfortunately if you dont catch item with associated tracking number to just be held at post office it won't take effect only if it hasn't been out for delivery

nazzer29 @jayhnatiuk It’s on its way back to me. Says it will be delivered on Wednesday. I have sent email to Poshmark Support on how to get a new label to print to send it back to you. Also did you get my offer on the bundle of the shirts you like?

jayhnatiuk @kurilovaem yea you have too reprint a new shipping label and resend it - they were supposed to just hold it at post office out here because I called in time and requested post office puck up but of course they didn't because hey canada post the new shipping bar code will reflect the proper shipping info
